Trade Show Floor Plan will be available before the show

We have combined the cost of a trade show table and conference admittance for 1 ($600) to make things easier. If more people from your company will be attending, they will need to purchase a full conference ticket, which allows access to all sessions except the small resort round table. Go to registration page.

please note: Tables are 18” by 6ft. this year due to venue constraints. if you need another table to make things wider or have other questions or concerns, please contact laura info@isaa.org.

Trade Show will be in and around Wild Bill’s Grill in the Rendezvous Lodge:

  • Tuesday June 11th: 2-4PM set up.

  • Tuesday June 11th: 4-7 PM - with appetizers and beverages

  • Wednesday June 12th: morning 8-9 AM with breakfast

  • Wednesday June 12th: 12-1 PM with lunch

  • Wednesday June 12th: Tear down will be after 1 PM

Vendor Information

Trade show tables should be available to set up by 2 pm.  We realize this is cutting things close, but the Grand Targhee staff will do their best to get it set up earlier.  If you're in the volunteering mood, they would love the help after breakfast!

  •  If you will be shipping items to the show, address them to:

    • C/O Grand Targhee Resort

    • There will be no additional charges.

  • If you have shipped items to Grand Targhee, they will be in Wild Bill’s Grill, but please find or text Laura before you grab your things.  425-736-4430.

  • Shipping back out of Grand Targhee:

    • Make sure you have your pre-paid shipping labels on the items you wish to ship back. Details on where to leave items will be updated.

  • Make sure you get your lodging set up!   Lodging — Intermountain Ski Areas Association (isaa.org).

The Intermountain Ski Areas Association (ISAA) is a trade organization focused on providing our membership of resorts, suppliers and regulatory authorities opportunities for training, exchange of ideas and to foster relationships in order to enhance the guest skiing experience.  Resort membership is made up of ski areas located in Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming.  Supplier members are local, national and international.
