Trade Show Information

Exhibitors and Vendors, thank you for supporting the Intermountain Ski Areas Association Conference! Below you will find information about exhibit space at the Trade Show.

There will 3 sessions for the trade show this year. The evening session on Tuesday June 9th (4:00-6:30 p.m.) where appetizers and beverages will be served, one morning session on Wednesday June 10 (7:30-9:00 a.m.) where breakfast will be served and the last session on June 10 (12:00-1:00 p.m.) where lunch will be served. We know some of you like to leave after the morning trade show, but the space will be open and lunch served.

The Vendor Combo: Trade Show & Conference ticket includes one 8’ trade show table with power and tablecloth in addition to complimentary conference attendance. The trade show will be in The Grange near the Osprey Lodge.

Tuesday

  • 12-2 PM: Tamarack will be setting up tables, so please give them room to work.

  • 2-4 PM: Vendors set up their tables

  • 4-6 PM: Trade show opens and appetizers and beverages are available in the Grange

Wednesday

  • 8-9 AM: Breakfast will be served in the Grange during the trade show. Vendors can decide to stay through lunch or breakdown their tables.

  • 12-1 PM: Lunch will be served at the trade show.

  • 1-4 PM: Vendors breakdown

Benefits

  • 300+ attendees expected from lift and vehicle maintenance, operations, and management from at least 25 ski resorts in Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming

Costs

  • $600 per table which includes table, chair, power and one complimentary conference registration (register as Vendor Combo: Trade Show & Conference)

  • $350 per person/ $300 Early Bird through May 8th (register as Vendor Conference - No Trade Show)

Detailed Schedule

Trade Show will be in the Grange at Arling Center near the Osprey Lodge.

  • Tuesday June 9th

    • 2-4PM vendor set up

    • 4-6:30 PM - At the Grange with appetizers and beverages

    • Dinner for attendees is on their own so set up some dinner plans with customers before the concert at Seven Devils Taphouse.

  • Wednesday June 10th

    • 7:30-9 AM with breakfast served at the Grange. If you will not be staying for the lunchtime trade show, please leave your table area neat for those who are staying. Thank you.

    • 12-1 PM with lunch served at the Grange. This trade show session is optional. Some vendors find it beneficial to stay and others need to pack up and get going.

    • Tear down will be after 1 PM
