2026 ISAA Vendor Registration & Information
Welcome to the 2026 Intermountain Ski Areas Association ski industry confererce at Tamarack Resort in Donnelly, Idaho! ISAA has been a non-profit since the 60’s with the goal of enhancing the skiing experience of guests, providing opportunities to our membership for training, exchange of ideas, and to foster relationships between ski resorts, industry suppliers and our regulatory authorities.
The conference is designed to provide education through classroom, hands-on training, and networking for ski resorts and industry employees in Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. The Trade Show provides attendees with the opportunity to interact and network with industry manufacturers and suppliers.
We look forward to seeing old friends and colleagues and meeting new ones!

How it works

$275/ year/company. May 1-April 30th

$600 includes one 8' table with linen and power
(1) one complimentary conference registration
If (1) additional representative need to register, select Vendor Conference - No Trade Show. Early Bird pricing $300 ending May 8th
If (2) two or more additional representatives need to register, select Vendor Early Bird Group Tickets - ends May 8th
Meals only for family members joining you at the conference. Tickets for just the awards ceremony and meals for family or non-company individuals attending with a registered attendee are also available.

Tuesday
12-2 PM: Tamarack will be setting up tables, so please give them room to work.
2-4 PM: Vendors set up their tables
4-6 PM: Trade show opens and appetizers and beverages are available in the Grange

Your sponsorships help ISAA with conference costs, so we are able to keep it affordable for our members. We have added a few more opportunities in different price ranges. Please talk to a board member or make suggestions through the survey after the conference if you have ideas that can help make your ROI better!
Wednesday
8-9 AM: Breakfast will be served in the Grange during the trade show. Vendors can decide to stay through lunch or breakdown their tables.
12-1 PM: Lunch will be served at the trade show.
1-4 PM: Vendors breakdown
